Hi.

Me and my wife saw an apartment for rent at Pulaski & Nostrand today. Very nice 2 br. and a good price.

We are from chile and studying at Parsons, so we’re new to brooklyn, in fact, it’s our first time in NY and arrived just 2 weeks ago….

Does anyone have something to say about this area? We loved the apartment but we’re unsure if it’s safe… Please help!! we have to close de deal with the owner asap.

Bedstuy is hood, don’t go out walking at night, you may get robbed
