On Tuesday, November 2, will we see the long lines we saw in Bedford-Stuyvesant during the last presidential election?

For many years we have seen low voter turn out in Bedford-Stuyvesant why is that? During the last presidential election the voting lines stretched around the corner and people where waiting in lines for hours. With the midterm elections around the corner will we see the same turn out and vigor to cast a vote in Bed-Stuy? Some have told us yes and others say no.
