This morning around 8:30 am the Department of Sanitation decided to block off Atlantic Ave. at Franklin Ave. for snow removal. Traffic was seen backed up all the way to Howard Ave. The street was finally reopened around 9:05 am. This caused a real inconvenience to the Saturday morning commuters.
